American Painting Contractor 2026 Top Job Virginia Award recognizing Widespread Solutions for the Allianz Amphitheater painting project
American Painting Contractor named Widespread Solutions the 2026 Top Job Virginia recipient for its work at Allianz Amphitheater.

A Richmond project built for big moments

Allianz Amphitheater is a 7,500-person outdoor music venue on Richmond’s riverfront. Widespread shared the project with customers while the venue was still under construction, then added the completed work to its commercial painting portfolio.

Large public-facing projects require more than an attractive final coat. The painting team has to work around construction schedules, multiple trades, exposed exterior materials, detailed specifications, and a finished space that thousands of visitors will see. Preparation and coordination matter just as much as the color itself.

The aerial project view shows the scale of the completed venue, from the stage enclosure to the full seating bowl. It gives the award proper context without pretending that one isolated detail can explain an entire painting assignment. The award recognizes the preparation and production behind the finished job.

You can read the earlier project story in Widespread Solutions Leaves Their Mark on the Richmond Music Scene.

What the award means for Widespread clients

Awards are meaningful because they document work that has already been completed. They do not replace the everyday commitments that make a project successful.

When you hire Widespread Solutions, you work with the same company standards behind this recognized project:

  • Careful planning before painting begins.
  • Thorough preparation appropriate to the surface and setting.
  • Clear coordination throughout the project.
  • Skilled residential and commercial painting crews.
  • Attention to the finished details people will see and use every day.

Those standards apply whether the project is a large Richmond venue, a commercial property, a historic building, or your home.

For customers, this recognition is useful because it comes from within the painting industry and points back to a completed Richmond project. The badge matters, but the stronger proof is the combination of the finished venue, the documented project history, and the team standards that carried the work through.

Thank you to the Widespread team

The 2026 Top Job Award is a team achievement. Widespread thanks every crew member, project partner, and client who has trusted the company with their space.
